December 20th 2015: Carrum Downs Christmas Carols is an event that takes place in Carrum Downs, Melbourne, Victoria every year during the December month. It’s an amazing family and community event organized at the Carrum Downs Lybird community center. With families, kids and visitors from across Melbourne catching up for the fun events, performances and food it makes it a wonderful and colorful place to be at.
