Harmony Yu started playing Erhu at the age of 7, she studied traditional Chinese music with teacher “Ronghua Li”, who is member of Jiangsu Province Chinese Opera. She has participated in a number of competitions and performances. In 2002, won the top 10 prize in Jiangsu talent competition. In 2003, achieved level 10 in China Nationalities Orchestra Society of Erhu performance.
