5th September 2015: Singapura is a full day community event and festival market organised by the Singaporeans of Victoria Community (SOV). The main aim of the festival is to celebrate 50 years of independence of Singapore and the cultural promotion of the diverse community in Victoria. Enjoy Singaporean street food, cultural and heritage exhibits, cooking demonstrations, cultural performances from the Lion Dance Troupe and the Spirit of the Lion Dance Team, Kompang Melayu and Bollywood Dance crew.
