18th Feb 2016: Yet again this year one of Australia’s most celebrated cultural event is back on February 18th, 2017. The White night is expected to bring light to Melbourne – a real Melbourne style fun event! On this day, the entire city of Melbourne will go bright to celebrate this huge global event. The festival also features both local and international talents at different spots across the city to entertain and celebrate the event.
The night is hugely popular because of the spectacular creative lighting of the major landmarks of the city, the huge crowd and the large number of art and cultural talents performing in different ways. Melbourne’s most iconic cultural institutions like Arts Centre Melbourne, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, the National Gallery of Victoria, the State Library of Victoria and Melbourne Museum will also take part in the event by going bright in night!
