Falls Creek is an Alpine resort which is located in the Hume region in Northeastern Victoria, Australia. Falls Creek is about 350 kilometers from Melbourne by road and falls within the Alpine National Park area in the Victorian Alps. Mount Beau is the nearest town about 30 kilometers away. This resort lies between the elevations of 1210 meters, and 1830 meters and skiing is a very popular activity on the nearby Mount McKay, which can be accessed by a snowcat from the resort. There is a snow club for 3-6-year-olds who have never seen snow in their lives where they can learn more about the mountains. For the older kids (7-15-year-olds) there is a junior workshop which they can join to partake in a variety of fun activities. For the adults, there is a whole mountain to explore and get your adrenaline flowing on the several ski tracks.
